Privacy Notice

How your enquiry information is used, and the choices available to you.

Information You Provide

When you send an enquiry, you provide your name, email address, optional phone number, chosen service and message. The form also identifies the website from which the enquiry was sent. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or details that are not needed to discuss the work.

How Enquiries Are Used

Your information is used to understand your project and respond to your request. Enquiries may be passed to a suitable local firm so that it can discuss the requirement and prepare a quotation. Your agreement is asked for through the form before that sharing takes place.

The form cannot be sent without that agreement. If you do not wish your information to be shared for this purpose, do not send the enquiry. A receiving firm is responsible for explaining its own use of your information when it follows up.

Your Choices And Rights

You can request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate details or deletion where applicable. You can also withdraw agreement to future sharing. Use the enquiry form, select “Not sure yet” and begin the message with “Privacy request”, giving only enough detail to identify your earlier enquiry.

Withdrawal does not reverse sharing that has already happened. Information may need to be retained where a legal obligation or a legitimate need to address a dispute applies. You can raise concerns about personal information with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Retention And Security

Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as needed to respond, manage the resulting discussion and meet relevant legal requirements. Access should be limited to those who need it for those purposes. Ask through the form if you need information about an existing enquiry or its retention.
